Hweedo is a full-time MBA Candidate at Babson College and an MBA Intern at Dassault Systemès, helping scale the "SolidWorks for Startups" program.

He has spent the past 5 years accelerating early-stage startups as a business development operator and go-to-market consultant. For 3 of those years, he served an MIT spinoff startup, enabling the development of grid-connected DERs, propulsion electrification, microgrids, and other resiliency efforts across the energy sector.

His most humbling experience was leading his dragon boat racing team to its first 3 national championship titles and competing at 2 world championships, earning 6 silver medals for the Canadian National Team.

Post-MBA, Hweedo hopes to join a firm with strong private capital and M&A expertise to scale the net positive impact of sustainable ventures that fight the war against climate change.
