Hweedo Chang

Hweedo Chang is a second year MBA candidate at Babson with a BASc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has spent the past 5 years, building and advising early-stage startups focused on GTM initiatives and VC fundraising. For 3 of those years, he served an MIT-spinoff startup, accelerating the adoption of grid-connected DERs, propulsion electrification, microgrids, and other energy resilience efforts through ultra-high fidelity real-time simulation and testing. Most recently, Hweedo completed his summer MBA internship as an M&A Senior Consultant at PwC and is currently interning at Raytheon BBN Ventures (strategic venture arm of Raytheon Technologies), helping launch deep tech ventures for the commercial sector and the U.S. Department of Defense's all-domain connected battle space initiative. He holds 3 national championship titles in dragon boat racing and raced for the Canadian National Team, earning 6 silver world championship medals.
